Returns/Exchange
- We offer exchange or refund within 7 days of the order delivery. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return their purchase to Kindred Monroe.
- Merchandise returned must not be worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached and returned in original packing for return to be accepted.
- Items sold on sale are not returnable or exchangeable. Items sold on sale are final sale. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- All jewelry, handbags & sunglasses are FINAL SALE.
